Malta Has 70 COVID-19 Related Deaths Following Passing Of 75-Year-Old Man

A 75-year-old man has died after testing positive for COVID-19, becoming Malta’s 70th victim of the pandemic.

The elderly person was admitted to Mater Dei on 3rd November and tested positive for COVID-19 on the 4th.

He died yesterday during the night. According to the health ministry, he suffered from “chronic” illness. 

Just yesterday, four people passed away from COVID-19, making it five fatalities in 24 hours.
