Malta’s Temperature Dropping By 7°C As Strong Winds And Rain Expected Tonight
Malta’s temperature is set to experience a steep drop tonight as strong winds and rain are expected to hit tonight.
Even though Malta woke up to a bright and beautiful day today, things are about to take a turn towards much colder and wetter weather as a by 7°C is expected to hit the island.
Over the past few days, many of the island’s top forecasters have been in agreement: tonight will mark a rather drastic switch in weather, with strong Force 7 winds bringing a temperature drop that could be as major as a whole 7°C.
It looks like it’s all set to properly kick off tonight just after midnight, with a strong wind warning currently valid until at least 11am on Sunday.
High wind and low temperatures will continue on until Sunday, with gusts of wind at force seven, the highest temperature at 21 degrees, and the lowest throughout the weekend at 16 degrees.
