Heavy rain and thunder welcomed unsuspecting people to the start of the week this morning, with many Maltese people caught between planning a day at the beach and trying not to get caught up in a flood. And while many of us were not expecting a second surprise thunderstorm after last week’s shocker, it didn’t stop Instagram from quickly filling up.
