A Maltese man decided to spend his birthday celebrating in the most generous way – donating his blood to the National Blood Transfusion Service.

Not only that – but this particular donation was the 100th time he’s given his blood to Malta’s national blood drive.

“Today we congratulate Paul Pace on the occasion of his birthday, as well as on the fact that today is the 100th time he has donated his blood,” the service said.

“Prosit and thank you so much Paul, you are an inspiration to so many!”
