A reportedly drunk man was arrested yesterday afternoon after allegedly driving towards people attending Mġarr’s Festa Frawli.

The incident happened late yesterday afternoon while people were gathered in Mġarr for the yearly strawberry festival.

Police who went on site were met with aggressive behaviour, as the man even refused to take a breathalyser test and failed to cooperate.
