Man At Risk Of Dying After Falling From A Ladder In Xewkija Gozo
A man is currently fighting for his life at Gozo General hospital after sustaining serious injuries when he fell from a ladder in Xewkija.
The incident took place yesterday evening at 6.30pm in Triq Jean De La Valette.
The 50-year-old man from Victoria fell from a ladder while he was doing some maintenance work in a factory.
The man received medical assistance and was transported to Gozo General hospital by ambulance and was later certified with serious injuries.
A magisterial inquiry led by Magistrate Simone Grech is underway.
The police and OHSA are also conducting an investigation.
