A Libyan man was hospitalised with slight injuries this morning after he was stabbed on Dragonara Street.

The police confirmed that the man was found at around 6:30 and that no arrests have been made so far.

This is the second stabbing incident in just under a month on Dragonara Street, one of the main roads leading into Paceville. A few weeks ago, a Libyan national pleaded guilty to attacking two men, an Ivorian and a Libyan, on the same street and was given a two year prison sentence suspended for three years.

It also comes a few months after Hugo Chetcuti, one of Paceville’s most well-known businessmen, was stabbed outside one of his establishments and later succumbed to his injuries.
