Man Hospitalised After Truck Ends Up In Żurrieq Field Following Trailer Collision
A man was rushed to the hospital after a truck collided with a trailer and ended up in a field in Żurrieq.
The man had to be rescued from the truck’s cabin by members of the Civil Protection Department.
The incident occurred at around 10:45am along Triq Ħal Far in Żurrieq.
Police and CPD are currently on site, while an ambulance has transported the man to Mater Dei Hospital.
No details of the man’s identity or condition have been provided thus far.
The mentioned road is currently closed to traffic. Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative routes.
