Man Who Died In Żejtun Residence Fall Identified As Shawn Curmi
The man who died after falling two storeys while carrying out maintenance work on a flight of stairs at a Żejtun residence this morning has been identified as Shawn Curmi, state broadcaster TVM has reported.
Tributes have been flooding in for Shawn from his former friends, colleagues and people who knew him as they recollected their memories of the man.
Police said in a statement that a 43-year-old man died after falling two storeys while carrying out maintenance work on a flight of stairs at a residence in Triq id-Dejma, Żejtun this morning.
CPD officials and medics were called on site but unfortunately the man was declared dead on arrival.
