A man is at risk of dying after falling from the balcony on the fourth floor of a hotel in the Marfa area of Mellieħa.

The incident took place at around 1 am. The man is English and is 45-years-old.

The police and ambulance services arrived immediately on the scene and rushed the man to the hospital.

Magistrate Audrey Demicoli is overseeing the case. Investigations are on-going.
