David Casa Wins Second PN Seat At European Parliament
Nationalist politician David Casa has just snagged a seat at the European Parliament (EP), maintaining his title as Malta’s longest-standing MEP.
Casa has been a member of the EP since 2004, he will be commencing his ninth term this year. Casa forms part of the centre-right European People’s Party (EPP) group – the same group as EP President Roberta Metsola.
“It is my life’s privilege to serve you in the European Parliament. Thank you for once again trusting me. I will be translating your faith into even more work,” Casa wrote in a statement to social media, announcing his election.
