Voter Turnout 72.82% In 2024 VS 72.7% In 2019

According to the Electoral Commission a total of 72.82% have cast their vote in this year’s MEP and Local Council election that’s a total of 269,551.

In 2019 there were similar numbers with 72.7%.

The biggest differences were noted in the following districts:

9th, 10th and 12th districts had a higher turnout when compared to 2019.

However, on the flip side the biggest decline was registered in the 6th district and also 8th.
