Watch: ‘I Voted For Cassola, Gauci And ADPD’:James Ryder Muscat Independent Candidate
He might have given himself the Number 1, but comedian-turned-MEP-candidate James Ryder gave ADPD and independent candidates the rest of his votes.
“My 2, 3 and 4 went to Cassola, Gauci, ADPD… I really wanted to give my support to independent candidates and third parties,” Ryder told Lovin Malta’s Tim Diacono.
“Just, you know, a variety of candidates,” he continued, sounding non-committal when asked about whether he voted for Conrad Borg Manche.

“I always kept my own honest voice, and there were serious moments like ones during the debates, but I was also sure to talk the way I know how, which is true comedy,” he continued.
“It’s an experience I could have never imagined, even the way I grew personally and politically,” the young comedian said of the campaign.
“I’m not closing any doors on political satire and commentary, and I’ll continue being present the way I’ve always been.”
Lovin Malta is live from the Naxxar Counting Hall all day today, so stay tuned for more updates as we get them.
