The dates for the 2024 MEP elections have been announced – 6th to 9th June, 2024.
European Parliament President Roberta Metsola just announced that over 400 million European voters, including us, will have the chance to rock the vote and choose a new EU parliament in June next year.
It’s time.
To reform. To change.
To keep listening, keep explaining and keep delivering.
To recapture the sense of hope and possibility that the EU offers.
You have the chance to choose.

Metsola is urging everyone to exercise their right to vote, and this is each individual’s opportunity to make a difference in European politics.
These elections will take place in all 27 member states of the EU, which consists of around 700 seats, with MEPs deciding policies and laws the European project will follow.
The parliament in Strasbourg will also confirm the appointments of some top dogs in Brussels, including the President of the European Commission.
Ursula von der Leyen, the current president, hasn’t confirmed whether she’ll be going for a second term, but if she does, expect her to have the support of a number of centre-right MEPs.
