Monday Morning Traffic Chaos Leads To Some Students Missing O’Level Exams

The traffic chaos experienced this morning across the island – especially on the Northern side of Malta – has reportedly led to some students missing their O’Level exams.

It seems that most of the traffic is originating from the Triq is-Salina road closure, which will be closed until 15th June.

Some have reported leaving their homes at 7:30am and still not arriving at their destination by 9am, with standstill traffic being reported along the St Paul’s Bay area from 7am onwards.

Parents who spoke to Net News this morning said that the situation is mostly unjust for students who have been preparing for these exams for months, increasing unnecessary stress.
