27-Year-Old Motorcyclist At Risk Of Dying After Raħal Ġdid Crash
A 27-year-old Nepalese motorcyclist is at risk of dying after being involved in a late-night crash in Raħal Ġdid.
Yesterday at around 10.30pm, police were informed that a traffic accident occurred in Telgħet Raħal Ġdid in Paola.
Police immediately went to the scene and found that a Renault Megane driven by a 30-year-old resident of Santa Luċija had collided with a Kymco Agility motorcycle driven by a 27-year-old man from Nepal, resident of Pieta.
A medical team was called to the scene to assist and an ambulance took the motorcyclist to Mater Dei Hospital.
He was later certified to be suffering from serious injuries.
Magistrate Marsanne Farrugia was informed of the case and ordered an inquiry.
Police investigations are still ongoing.
