BREAKING: 28 More Patients Have Recovered From COVID-19 In Malta, As Chris Fearne Delivers Good News On Easter Sunday
Another 28 of Malta’s COVID-19 patients have recovered, Health Minister Chris Fearne has confirmed.
“Some good news on Easter Sunday,” Fearne tweeted, announcing the news.
This is the largest number of new recoveries in one day since the pandemic reached Malta last month. As per procedure, the former patients will have to spend a further two weeks in isolation before they can leave the house as a precaution.
The latest update means that 44 COVID-19 patients have recovered so far, while three have died.
Malta currently has 323 active cases, with the latest 20 patients confirmed yesterday afternoon.
