Breaking: JD Patrick Announces He Will Be Leaving Bajd U Bejken Amidst Terry Muscat Controversy

JD Patrick has announced he’s taken the decision to “step away” from popular but divisive podcast Bajd u Bejken.
“Due to the recent backlash, I’ve made the decision to step away from the Bajd u Bejken Podcast,” his statement posted moments ago read. “I want to sincerely thank the entire team for the unforgettable experiences we’ve shared, and to express my deep appreciation to our Patreons and fans for their ongoing support, love, and loyalty throughout this journey.”
The podcast courted controversy once more earlier this week after a moment during their sold-out show this weekend where they showed a photo of prominent transgender activist and personality Terry Muscat with male genitalia, which prompted her to report them to the police.

JD Patrick published a short apology video earlier this evening, saying he had been speaking to beloved journalist Peppi Azzopardi to set up a meeting with Terry Muscat, something which she accepted and said wanted to be broadcast live.
“Bajd u Bejken has always been rooted in comedy,” JD Patrick finished. “While the intent was never to offend, I understand that not everyone will interpret humour in the same way. I genuinely regret if anything said during the show caused hurt or discomfort to anyone, and for that, I offer my heartfelt apologies.”
