All Gozo Channel services have issued a temporary suspension due to another suspected bomb threat.

Emergency services told Lovin Malta that reports came in around 3.30pm from both Mġarr, Gozo and Ċirkewwa and all available units have been dispatched to both affected areas with dinghy units investigating by sea.

The Minister for Gozo, Clint Camilleri, took to Facebook to disappointedly announce the second closure.

“Despite wishing that this is yet another false alarm, I hope that whoever is behind these actions will be brought to justice,” the post read.

This is still a developing story.
