Scare At Malta International Airport As Two Planes Collide
Two planes collided into each other at the Malta International Airport runway tonight but luckily no one was injured, according to initial reports.
According to One News and The Times of Malta, the crash occurred at around 9:45pm when a Ryanair plane that was arriving from Bari clipped the wing of a Turkish Airlines plane that was about to depart to Istanbul.
No one was injured but the accident caused delays for the late-night flights at the Malta Airport, including the passengers on board the Turkish Airlines jet.
