2. And she also practices her catwalk five times a week

That’s when she isn’t attending events or photoshoots, of course.

3. She fits in volunteering work every week

She’s even worked with Maltese children during the summer.

4. And she works on her speech quite a bit

Aside from taking English lessons to improves her speaking and reading, she also attends motivational speaking classes once a week, which, amongst other things, teaches her to use humour in her language.

She often uploads videos where she challenges herself to speak in English as well.

5. Importantly, she places a lot of focus on developing herself

She meditates and tries to be grounded every day, but before that, she makes sure she wakes up with determination and confidence.

Teresa tries to feel happy and grateful for everything she encounters on her ‘journey’ to the top.
