‘I Would Have Never Imagined That Would Be Our Last Goodbye,’ Jeanluke Galea Duca’s Wife Says In Heartbreaking Tribute
Rebecca Galea Duca, the wife of Jeanluke Galea Duca, is remembering her husband through heart-breaking words only four months after the pair got married.
“Why did you leave me? Only this morning I told you ‘bye my love, I love you.’ I would have never imagined that would be our last goodbye,” Rebecca said in a tear-jerking social media post.
“Your last words were ‘come on, stay with me’ and I said ‘I can’t my love, I need to go to work’ to which you responded ‘ok beautiful, I love you.”
Jeanluke and Rebecca got married on 18th June in a beautiful ceremony celebrating their precious love. But yesterday, his family received the tragic news of his sudden death.
“How tough life is. Today four months ago, it was the happiest day of our life. And today I had to receive such terrible news. How can I live without you?”
“You always treated me like a queen. Even until yesterday you were comforting me about the problems and worries we had in our new home.”
“But there’s nothing we can do now, we will never live in the home we’ve been working on for the last four years.”
“I love you forever my love. I’m without words. I did everything I could to try and save you.”
This comes as one of the many touching tributes to Jeanluke by both his family and dear friends.
