Playground In Memory Of Zaylen Is Now Complete

A playground has been built at the premises of Hand in Hand in memory of Zaylen, a six-year-old who drowned in a pool a few months ago.
Zaylen used to attend Hand in Hand, one of Malta’s leading therapy centres supporting children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental needs.
After he tragically lost his life, they announced that a new playground will be built to honour his memory.
“To know Zaylen was to love him. And we truly did,” they said. “Full of energy, curiosity, and love, Zaylen brought joy to everyone around him. He adored dinosaurs and puzzles and left a mark on all our hearts.”
Zaylen’s mother Francesca announced yesterday that the playground is now complete and thanked everyone who supported the project and made it a reality.
“Hand in Hand, as Zaylen’s second family, has been tirelessly working to support those in need, especially those with special needs,” she said.
“Thanks to the generosity of the community, we have raised a total of €6,901.04 so far. However, there are still opportunities for those who wish to contribute.”
“This project is a strong testament to our community’s values of solidarity, showing how much we care and continue to help those in need.”
