In a heartwarming post on RUBS Malta, Chantell Farrugia, a mother of three, recounted her very positive experience when she went to eat at Tramici in Birkirkara.

Chantell

"She asked if she could hold her while I eat. Can't thank her enough, really made my day"

The waitress not only understood how hard it must be to catch a break when you're a mother of very young children, but also went that extra mile to ensure that the customer was as comfortable as possible.

"These small gestures of kindness are what every mum needs every once in a while," Chantell told Lovin Malta. And she wasn't alone in appreciating this simple yet great gesture.

Reaction

"These small gestures of kindness are what every mum needs every once in a while."

While the waitress definitely wasn't obliged to do all that, we're very glad she did, and hope that we get to see more of this in Malta.
