Watch: Hero Captain Saves Man From Drowning In Blue Lagoon
A local captain turned hero when he saved a man from drowning in the Blue Lagoon on New Year’s Eve.
Carlos Muscat was chartering a RHIB near Coming this week when he spotted a man struggling in the sea and crying for help. He jumped into the sea and swam the man to shore without thinking twice.
“As a captain, I had to go and save him. He was vomiting a bit afterwards but I managed to make him feel better,” Carlos told Lovin Malta.
He said the man he rescued was an English tourist.
