In a remarkable time of 32 hours, Marko began at 5am in Ħondoq Bay in Gozo and took on the gruelling challenge of finishing the run with no sleep.

Marko’s goal was to inspire either through his perseverance and determination and also used this run to raise money for the Association of Child and Adolescent Mental Health, Richmond & Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

Fellow runner Miguel Mifsud also congratulated Bezzina on this incredible feat while sharing a clip of him finishing the run, with Mifsud himself having completed 100km in aid of Caritas back in April.

Well done Marko!
