Beloved ‘Friends’ Actor Matthew Perry Laid To Rest In Los Angeles Funeral
Beloved American actor Matthew Perry, famous for his portrayal of Chandler Bing in “Friends,” was quietly laid to rest in a Los Angeles cemetery during a private funeral.
The ceremony took place on Friday and was attended by both family members and fellow cast members, according to reports from American media.
According to TMZ, Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, David Schwimmer, Matt LeBlanc and Lisa Kudrow were among the mourners at Matthew Perry’s funeral.
Perry, aged 54, who had gained widespread recognition for his role in “Friends,” a series that ran from 1994 to 2004, passed away six days ago.
Though cause of death is still yet known, it is public knowledge that he drowned in his hot tub in his LA home. However, toxicology reports have not yet been concluded.
He battled alcohol and drug addition throughout his entire life, with many health complications arising throughout the last years.
