Corinthia Partners Series Brings World-Renowned Chefs, Mixologists And Trainers To Its Hotels
Corinthia Hotels has launched a Partners Series, bringing world-renowned chefs, mixologists and trainers to its hotels across the globe as well as celebrating the ones that are already there.
Corinthia Hotels is a luxury brand that was founded in Malta by the Pisani family in 1962 who have since branched out to 11 locations worldwide. Its most recent expansion was announced last year with the opening of establishments in four iconic locations: the heart of Rome, New York’s Upper East Side, the historic Rue Royale in Brussels and the heart of the Romanian capital in Bucharest.
The series showcases the brand’s exciting collaborations, both established and emerging. The most recent announcement is the collaboration with Michelin-starred maestro Carlo Cracco who “will put his signature twist on culinary experiences across the ground floor of Corinthia Rome, a new luxury destination in the heart of the city”.
His restaurant, Cracco, ranks among the 50 Best Restaurants in the World, boasting Three Forks in Gambero Rosso and Give Hats in Le Guide de L’Espresso.
“It will be so exciting to combine my signature approach with influences coming from Rome, the Eternal City, an incomparable source of beauty and inspiration,” Cracco said.
Besides Cracco, guests at Corinthia’s Bucharest hotel will get to taste the delicious creations of Samy Sass – a Portuguese entrepreneur best known for SASS’ Café, a legendary spot in Monaco where guests dine, drink and dance all night long.
Meanwhile, renowned mixologist Hannah Van Ongevalle will curate innovative cocktails Under The Stars, while Emilie Bazzocchi from Sisley Paris and personal trainer Paul Tucker will shape Corinthia Spa by Sisley.
Malta’s partnership announced last summer was officially extended as Chef Francesco Mazzei will continue to whip up decadent dishes with Maltese ingredients at Villa Corinthia in Ħal Balzan.
