Trump Announces Travel Ban For All European Countries Except UK
President of the United States Donald Trump has announced a travel ban for all European countries in an internationally televised address.
This comes in light of the coronavirus pandemic hitting the United States, as positive cases of COVID-19 surpass 1,200.
The ban for inbound European flights will come into effect as of this Friday, and will last 30 days in attempt to slow down the spread of the virus.
Travellers coming from the United Kingdom however, will be exempted from the ban.
Yesterday, The World Health Organisation has officially characterized the COVID-19 coronavirus as a pandemic. This news comes in light of 122, 331 cases and 4, 389 deaths of coronavirus worldwide.
