Police Commissioner Lawrence Cutajar could get the sack if Chris Fearne is elected Prime Minister, Lovin Malta can exclusively announce.
Fearne told Lovin Malta he would subject the Police Commissioner and the incoming Public Prosecutor to a two-thirds majority vote in Parliament.
Cutajar has faced countless calls for resignation by civil society and the Opposition.
In a wide-ranging interview with Lovin Malta, Fearne also pledges not to reappoint former Tourism Minister Konrad Mizzi to Cabinet.
