A recent article by The Washington Post delves not just into Gor’s role within the White House but his reputation in there, too.

So we’ve compiled a couple of the things that Trump’s loyalists told the US newsroom below:

“I imagine he’s had dinner more in the last year with my father than I have,” Donald Trump Jr told the Washington post. Gor co-founded Winning Team Publishing with Trump Jr and even published Trump’s first book after his term as US President.  

Gor was described by former Senior Advisor to the President of the United States Jared Kushner as having a “very easy personality”, explaining that “people trust him”. He even has a photo with the Pope.

His social standing within Trump’s tight-knit circle is as impressive as his professional one, with his role as a resident MAGA DJ earning him several brownie points.

“He’s the life of every social gathering he graces,” Gaetz said. “I have never been to a Sergio DJ party where a conga line doesn’t break out.”

Many of these parties occurred in the interim between the end Trump’s first term and the start of his new one, with Gor transforming even the most boring gatherings into all-out fist-pumping affairs, according to The Washington Post.

However Gaetz, was quick to warn The Washington Post journalist to not underestimate Gor, saying he’s “ruthlessly efficient”.

“And according to some former colleagues, Gor is just plain ruthless,” the article reads. 

Despite this, Gor gets along with “everyone in Trump’s orbit”, conservative activist Charlie Kirk, who has close ties to the Trumps, said.

And it’s not just people around Trump who Gor has a good relationship with.

“[He gets along with] Jared, Ivanka, Don, Eric, the president. He’s an incredibly agreeable figure in the Trumpworld which will make the personnel job a great fit.”

“Even during the exile period of 2020, Sergio was right by the president’s side. He was there when other people ran away.”

“He has the president’s full trust and full confidence, very few others outside his family have that,” Trump’s pick for Chief of Protocol Monica Crowley said.

Meanwhile, Peter Navarro, Trump’s top trade adviser, spoke warmly of the Maltese publisher who visited Navarro in prison.

“But even more thoughtful was how he helped my fiance through our prison time,” he continued.
