‘I’m Coming To Visit You’, Neville Gafà Tells Mark Camilleri In Not-So-Veiled Threat
PL activist Neville Gafà has set his sights on Mark Camilleri, posting a number of statuses about the former book council chair which escalated into a not-so-veiled public threat yesterday.
“Sir Mark Camilleri, prepare a coffee for me, because I’m coming to visit you so we talk in quiet,” Gafà, who was once a trusted associate of Joseph Muscat, wrote in a Facebook status posted a day ago. “By the way, they exposed where you live, ġaħan [moron]. You never should’ve trusted. Could you have possibly made that mistake? You, who’s so scared about having your location being revealed?”
“Well done, what a quiet place you’ve got there. No wonder you emigrated. Before I forget, some Slavs that live in the same Latin country as you send their regards.”
“These people read what you wrote about them,” Gafà finished. “It’s a small world with the internet. They’re interested in your writing. It’s a shame you’re writing against them. We’ll talk.”
But in the last 24 hours, Gafà continued to write about Camilleri, even making a number of allegations which included blackmail.
“Has it been long since you asked €30,000 from your victims so you stop writing about them?” he wrote some hours after his first post. “You’re so dirty. All of Malta will know how you make your living.”
Going on to warn “anyone feeding this filth” that he’d be “exposing their game”, Gafà also commented on a Camilleri’s alleged decrease in WhatsApp usage… and his reply to all these claims.
“He said he won’t stay denying what I’m writing about him,” the PL activist wrote. “Obviously he can’t, because they’re the truth. I have so much more to say about you.”
