‘Ready To Do My Part’: Adrian Delia’s Partner Cynthia Announces Bid For PN Executive Role

Cynthia Galea, who is a lawyer and partner of former Nationalist Party (PN) leader Adrian Delia, has declared her intention to run for a position on the PN Executive.
In a Facebook post on Monday evening, Galea emphasised the importance of active participation in driving change, stating:
“It’s easy to complain. It’s easy to say what needs to be done. But if we really want change, everyone needs to reach out; everyone offers what they know and what they believe in. I’m ready to do my part.”
Galea expressed her desire to contribute a “new perspective” to the party’s leadership. She highlighted her unique viewpoints as a mother, a Gozitan, and a lawyer, aiming to bring a broader, more representative, and people-oriented approach to the PN’s political agenda.
This announcement follows Adrian Delia’s recent bid for the PN leadership, where he narrowly lost to Alex Borg by just 44 votes in September. Galea’s candidacy signals a continued commitment to influencing the direction of the Nationalist Party from within.
