SUBMIT: Joseph Muscat Says People’s Questions Must Be Answered, So What Are Yours?

In a ceremony that opened Malta’s Presidency of the Council of Europe on Wednesday, Prime Minister Joseph Muscat’s message was that “people” should be the centre of the EU’s efforts.

Muscat also said that it was incumbent upon the EU to “reach out to people” and to “start answering their questions in a way which makes sense”.
