Maltese Athelete Wins Silver At European Crossfit Championship

Maltese athlete and cross-fitter Pamela Psaila won silver at the European Crossfit Championship held in Nottingham, making Malta proud.

The competition was ranked, to which Psaila had to qualify for it last April to make the cut and join the master 40 category.

“Pamela had an amazing performance, and placed in third place in most of the events, winning an overall silver medal,” Daryl Psaila told Lovin Malta. 

During the competition, she was tested on various elements including kayaking, running, Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics.

The European Championships is an exciting three-day competition that attracts athletes from all over the world, with the event having grown to become one of the largest and most prestigious competitions.
