A woman accusing Neymar of rape has spoken for the first time, claiming she did agree to have sex with the PSG footballer – but told him they couldn’t because he didn’t have a condom.

Najila Trindade Mendes de Souza claimed that Neymar was violent and ignored her lack of consent. In the wake of the allegations, Neymar was ruled out of Copa America after suffering an ankle injury in the win over Qatar.

3. Luka Jovic finds himself a new home in Real Madrid

Real Madrid has completed the signing of Luka Jovic from Eintracht Frankfurt on a six-year deal.

Jovic, one of the stars of the 2018/19 Bundesliga season, is set to be part of Zinedine Zidane’s plans at Real Madrid next season. The move is worth £60m and the 21-year old Serbian star will earn £50m in total.
