Mil-Lazy Corner Sax-Chalet: ComeOn Group Sponsors Sliema Blues
Sliema’s Aquatic Sports Club (ASC) and Sliema Wanderers FC have signed a brand new sponsorship deal with one of Malta’s award-winning iGaming operators, ComeOn Group.
This iGaming company started off in Sliema, so the locality holds a special place in the heart of ComeOn Group. There is no better way to pay homage to the people of this seaside town than by showing support for their iconic sports teams. “Come on Blues!” now takes on a whole new meaning with this deal.
Sports and the positives that come with it is something that ComeOn Group values and promotes through the representation of team spirit, having fun, and teamwork. The results and rewards that can be achieved when working together are symbolic to these 3 partners.
Daniela Vella, who is the Chief Operating Officer at ComeOn Group said that “this was the natural step to join forces with two established clubs that do a wealth of good for their local communities.”
Investing in the mental health and wellbeing of their employees lies at the core of ComeOn’s people strategy, something that also ties well with this new
sponsorship deal with the two sports teams.
Frank Testa, the Club President of Sliema ASC even said that “these are exciting times for both organisations and I hope this will be the start of a long journey together.”
Keith Perry, who is the Club President of Sliema Wanderers said that they “are sure that this venture will reap dividends to both parties in the years to come. We really look forward to this great collaboration.”
The sponsorship itself was announced earlier this year with the teams and ComeOn Group making it official on the 31st May 2022.
