Watch: Graham Pellegrini’s Athletic Journey Through Italy, Turkey And Scotland

On the latest episode of Malta Takes Over The World, athlete Graham Pellegrini took centre stage as he took us throughout his journey from training in Formia, Italy to competing at the Balkan Athletics Indoor Championships in Istanbul.

Graham started athletics when he was 14 years old, after transitioning from football to athletics.

The 19-year-old currently holds several national records including the 400-metre open record with a time of 46.83 seconds.

Graham had a couple of busy months where he was training in Formia, Italy prior to him competing in the Balkan Athletics Indoor Championships in Istanbul and at the World Athletics Indoor Championships in Glasgow.

The sprinter placed fourth in the 400 metre heat in Glasgow where he was the only athlete representing Malta in this year’s World Indoor Championships.
