Finishing 2-2, Malta’s Premier League Champions fell behind in the 26th minute to an Adel Bettaieb goal, with Dominik Stolz doubling the hosts’ lead just before half-time.

Bringing on Shaun Dimech and Nicholas Pulis during the second half appears to have made all of the difference. However, it was Brazilian forward Douglas Packer who took the iniative on his debut for the club

Scoring a wonder goal on the 64th minute to reduce the deficit by one, he then provided the assist for Jean Borg’s equaliser in the 70th minute inspiring his new club to the draw.
