Watch: Dancing Tiktoker Breaks It Down In Valletta With Viral Multicultural Dances
You know what they say: Dance is a universal language!
Popular TikToker Ed People, who’s best known for asking strangers from all around the world what their favourite dances are, then joining them in a spontaneous performance, claimed Valletta as his most recent stage over the Christmas holidays.
Since his latest visit, the dancer uploaded four separate videos that have gone absolutely viral, each with views in the millions, all tallying up to over an insane 8 million.
From performing the Filipino “Budot” with a group of youths at the Upper Barrakka Gardens to a traditional Nepalese dance with a young woman in front of the beloved Cafe Capitolino.
However, his most viral by far is his performance of Bhangra with a Punjabi national that got over 6 million views and a whopping 485,000 likes.
But, our personal favourite was a wholesome moment where an older Maltese woman jived to Elvis in the middle of the street, being spun around amid youthful giggles and joy.
It’s impressive how many dances this dude knows off the top of his head and it’s genuinely even more mindblowing how he can effortlessly learn them on the fly with complete strangers.
