Our Canadian cousins honoured our island on its 60th Anniversary of Independence by lighting up one of the world’s most iconic natural landmarks with the national red and white.

The massive 12,000-year-old waterfalls, bordering Canada and America, boast a whopping near 60 metre height and a width of more than 1,000 metres. It’s insane to imagine the Maltese flag on those measurements.
