Watch: Maltese Football Legend Michael Mifsud Joins BBC CWR Commentary Team For Manchester United Vs Coventry Match
Maltese football legend Michael Mifsud has announced that he will be joining the BBC CWR Commentary Team for the match between Manchester United and Coventry this Sunday.
Mifsud, a former Coventry City FC player, is best remembered for his standout performance when he scored two goals against English Premier League giants Manchester United in a Carling Cup match at Old Trafford.
“I’m so excited about Sunday’s game against Manchester United in the FA Cup,” Michael shared on social media.
“A game that brings back so much memories to me. I’m pretty sure the team will have a great performance but that’s not all,” Mifsud added before making the announcement.
“I’m here to announce that I will be joining the BBC CWR Radio team with Rob, Clive and Oggy,” Michael declared.
