Watch: Swieqi Motorist Hospitalised After Collision In Front Of MCAST Mosta
A collision between a motorcycle and a car in front of MCAST Mosta resulted in the motorist being sent to Mater Dei Hospital.
In footage sent to Lovin Malta around 9.45am, police and medics assessed a collision that occurred at Triq id-Difiża Ċivili, right in front of LIDL.
The police told Lovin Malta that the 45-year-old male motorist from Swieqi, who was driving a Kymco Agility motorcycle, was promptly taken to Mater Dei and the nature of his injuries is not yet known. Meanwhile the 52-year-old male driver of the Ford Transit Connect sustained no injuries.
The site was cleared shortly after the motorist was escorted to the hospital by ambulance and the road remains open as normal to the public.
