‘Our Friend Left Us’: Bernard Grech Pays Tribute To Karl Gouder
Opposition Leader Bernard Grech has paid tribute to Karl Gouder after the PN official suddenly passed away today.
“I have just learned that our friend Karl Gouder has passed away,” Grech said.
“On behalf of the Nationalist Party and in my own name, I have extended my condolences to the family of Karl, who was the Chief Operations Officer of Net Media and who had just spearheaded the election campaign for last June’s elections.”

“I pay tribute to Karl, a former PN MP and a candidate for General Secretary of the Nationalist Party, who was a dedicated person holding various important positions within the structures of the Nationalist Party and also in its media.”
“Our thoughts and prayers are with Karl’s family, and we request that the privacy of his relatives be respected.”
Gouder was found dead in Valletta and his death isn’t being treated as suspicious. A few days ago, he had declared his intention to contest for the role of PN secretary general.
