Outpouring Of Grief After Maltese Actor Benny Casha Passes Away
Benny Casha, a popular Maltese actor and the Vice-President of Senglea Athletic, has died at the age of 48-years-old.
Various Maltese personalities as well as fans and loved ones expressed their condolences following the announcement of the sad news.
“I remember when, after my first theatre production, Benny approached me and asked: ‘Do you want to start playing the part of Jesus Christ with us from next year?’ I accepted, and we started our relationship revolving around plays, comedies, theatre productions, television series, jokes and losses with Juventus, Arsenal, Valletta, and Isla… but above all, a friendship that stayed strong until the last breath… thank you my friend, rest in peace, I’ll never forget you!” said Carlos Farrugia, a Maltese actor and director.
