Over 500 episodes later, Lovin Daily, Lovin Malta’s news and analysis show, is closing a chapter as it prepares to open another new exciting page.

Launched on 24th February, 2020, around the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Monday to Friday show covered all the latest news from the island, be it political, social, artistic or environmental.

With an array of regular different hosts and guests, Lovin Daily was your modern glimpse into the everyday life of Malta and Gozo. Having launched in Lovin Malta’s offices in Naxxar, the show even broadcast from home during the height of the pandemic, returning under masks and visors as the world slowly returned to normality.

Throughout it all, Lovin Daily was there with the latest hot takes and breakdowns.

The show’s final episode will be aired at 5.30pm on Friday, 27th May, before taking on a new form on Lovin Malta’s social media – so stay tuned for our special closing interview with record-breaking ultra-endurance swimmer and activist Neil Agius.

But before this chapter closes, here’s a look at some of the key moments and interviews from the show’s two-year run.
