Pjazza Cancelled: ONE TV’s Leading Political Show Goes Off Air After Seven-Year Run
Pjazza, one of ONE TV’s leading political shows for the past seven years, has been cancelled.
Hosted by Karl Stagno Navarra, Pjazza was known for its aggressive tone against government critics.
However, it wasn’t included in ONE TV’s latest schedule and its weekday evening slot has been taken up by a new current affairs talk show called Bil-Fatti, presented by Dorian Cassar and Claudia Cuschieri.
Stagno Navarra confirmed with Lovin Malta that Pjazza was taken off air by mutual agreement following discussions about changing its format after seven years.
He said he is now working on a new project that he expects to launch sometime in January, and that it will have a “different style but will still be political”.
