Police have issued an appeal for any information in helping locate Marcel Pisani, a 50-year-old Maltese man who disappeared last December.

Pisani went missing on New Year’s Eve after he left his home in Triq ix-Xitwa in Mosta. It was reported that a fire had broken out at Pisani’s home just days before he went missing. He has not been seen since, despite a number of appeals for information by his family and the police.

After months with no luck, police moved to the sea with Pisani’s family hiring two private divers to search the waters off Mtaħleb cliffs.

However, seven months later, Pisani still remains missing.

The 50-year-old is wheelchair-bound and drives a blue Renault with a cream top.

Anyone with information on his whereabouts can contact police in confidence on  21224001/119 or at a nearby police station.
