The police have confirmed they are investigating a viral video of a young Maltese couple using cocaine while having oral sex in a bathroom.

The distribution of revenge porn is illegal and anyone caught sharing such photos and videos is liable to a fine of between €3,000 and €5,000 or to a maximum two years’ imprisonment.

In comments to ONE News, the police confirmed the clip is being investigated and that action will be taken against people who shared the video. They urged the public not to share the video and to instantly report ti the police those responsible for sharing it.
