Proper Piss-Up: 31 People Caught Urinating In Public In Paceville This Summer

Paceville – St. Julian’s naughty brother – a hotspot for cosmopolitan clubbing. When it does make the news it is solemn for good reasons, and fresh statistics from parliament gave a breakdown of nightlife offences.

According to Home Affairs Minister Byron Camilleri, in the four months between June and October 2023, at least 58 people were caught or charged by police, with offences ranking from underage drinking to peeing in public.

In terms of underage drinking – a known issue for the area – 12 minors were caught drinking by police.

When it comes to drugs, a further 15 were caught in possession or trafficking them in Paceville. It is unclear what kind of drugs these were. Two of those were charged with trafficking, while the rest were caught in possession.

Lastly, public urination seems to be a hot issue. According to the figures, 31 people were caught urinating and fined around Paceville or St. Julians.
